If you have selected a 'Pre-Order' item, please allow up to 4-5 weeks for your item to be hand-embroidered.

This does not include postage time.

Turnaround time is approximately 1-4 weeks for custom items, unless the rush order selection has been made. 

If your order contains a custom item, all items in your order will be shipped together when the custom item is complete. 

If your order does not contain custom items, then your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Postage time is not included in the turnaround time. 

Selecting express postage at checkout relates to the postage of your item and not the turnaround time for it to be made.

For all embroidered items, please hand wash inside out in cool water and left flat to dry in the shade. 

With all knitted and embroidered items pilling may occur with normal wash and wear.

Please do not machine wash, use warm/hot water, rub or wring the garment while hand washing.   

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour
and design in natural light, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to
different device screen settings, the lighting in the
location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other
factors.

Unfortunately due to the customised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Please ensure you check your customisation options, including spelling of name, size and yarn colour, before checkout as there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for errors or omissions made by the customer or change of mind.
