Where do you ship to?
We ship Worldwide!
Does your turnaround time include shipping?
The turnaround time is the time for me to embroider and package your order.
Shipping time is on top of our turnaround time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number!
Returns
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately due to the customised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please ensure you check your customisation options, including spelling of name, size and yarn colour, before checkout as there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for errors or omissions made by the customer.
Can I exchange for a different item?

Can I send in my own jumper/blanket to be embroidered?
Yes of course! Email me or message me on Instagram to discuss.
I made a mistake on my order - what should I do?
Please contact me by email - littlecubxco@gmail.com - or on Instagram asap!
Once I have started embroidering I can’t make any changes so please let me know urgently and I will see what I can do!
